Mitsuko Ramos is the managing member of GRGTX. Mitsuko started her career in the City of Austin Law Department and City Attorney's Office in San Antonio, TX before being recruited by a reputable law firm in 2006. As a non-attorney professional, Mitsuko established a boutique firm in 2016 to provide effective government relations and lobbying services, while also being sensitive to her clients' budget.
Mitsuko earned a B.A. in Political Science (Magna Cum Laude) in 1999, during which time she helped found Phi Alpha Delta Pre-Law Fraternity at UTSA. Mitsuko also volunteered as a certified mediator at the Bexar County Dispute Resolution Center and joined the RECSA in 2006, completing the RECSA Leadership Program in 2010.

Cory Harmeyer specializes in data analytics, preparing reports relevant to each client's industry and business needs, which key data is presented to government officials to support and justify approval required by governmental entities. Cory has 9+ years of experience providing presentations to governmental bodies during public hearings on behalf of GRGTX clients.
Cory has extensive knowledge and experience working on projects using Python, SQL and R. Cloud Infrastructure services are also offered, which include database migration, static website hosting, and ML & AI models for business integration (prediction modeling, recommendation systems, live data-streaming, and data storage). These services are extremely beneficial to GRGTX clients who are seeking government contracts.
Cory earned a Master's Degree in Economics with studies in Data Analytics and a Bachelor's Degree in Economics from UTSA. In addition, Cory is certified in Solutions Architecture, Data Engineering, Artificial Intelligence ("AI") and Machine Learning Engineering.

Andrew Tejeda provides excellent bi-lingual community relations services, specializing in obtaining support from residents, neighborhood associations, and business leaders within and surrounding the downtown area of San Antonio. Andrew has successfully obtained community support for plan amendments, rezoning, variances, and historic designs since partnering with GRGTX.
As a native San Antonian, Andrew established deep ties with the community, developing a great understanding of residents' perception of change within their neighborhoods. Also, Andrew's 30+ yrs. in the bar/food/beverage industry as a business owner/consultant allowed him to acquire specialized knowledge of government regulations' impact on GRGTX's food/beverage clients.
Andrew is a proud member of the Rey Feo Consejo Educational Foundation, raising scholarship funds, and is Executive Director of the 42nd Warrior Battalion, which empowers children to overcome the pain of abuse.
